    • ​Title - Buyer Underwriting Fee (which includes search/exam/plat/assessment) $495
    • Title - Buyer Closing/Settlement Fee $325
    • Title - Buyer Courier/E-Recording/Wire Fee $80 (Cash Purchase Transactions $50)
    • Title - Lenders Title Insurance - see calculator for quote (loan amount and purchase price required - NA for cash transactions) 
    • Title - Owners Title Insurance optional - see calculator for quote (loan amount and purchase price required) 
  • Residential Transactions (Seller)
    • ​Title - Seller Closing/Settlement Fee $325
    • Title - Seller Courier/Wire Payoff Fee $30
  • Refinance Transactions

County Recording Fee (typically both Buyer and Seller pay their own):

$46.00 Recording Fee (per document)
$50.00 Well Disclosure

State Deed Tax (SDT) (typically paid by Seller):
$3.30 / per Thousand
Example: $150,000.00 x $.0033 = $495.00
Except Hennepin and Ramsey Counties are based on $3.40/per Thousand

Mortgage Registration Tax (MRT) (typically paid by Buyers):
$2.30 / per Thousand
Example: $120,000.00 x $.0023 = $276.00
Except Hennepin and Ramsey Counties are based on $2.40/per Thousand

Conservation Fee/Environmental Fee:
$5.00 per taxed document (Deed, Contract for Deed, Mortgage)
Note: This fee only applies to Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, Waseca, Washington, Winona & Wright Counties
